We strive to complete repairs within 2-4 working hours at our technician center. However, please keep in mind that the repair time may vary based on the availability of a technician or part. If your MateBook was purchased overseas and is not an NZ variant, we will do our best to source the necessary parts for repairs, but this cannot be guaranteed.
