Shopping & Ordering
To purchase a product from Mobile City online, simply browse our product categories, select your desired phone or accessory, choose the specifications, and click “Add to Cart.” Then, proceed to checkout by following the secure steps to complete your order.
We dispatch most orders within 24 business hours. Please note that weekends and public holidays are excluded from shipping schedules. If your order requires further verification, such as stock checks or payment confirmation, our team will contact you directly.
A product marked as “Backorder” is currently out of stock but expected to return soon. Once we receive your order, our team will confirm the estimated restock date. You’ll be contacted to decide whether you want to wait for the item or adjust your order.
Mobile City offers both brand-new and high-quality second-hand phones. All used devices are fully tested and certified, and each comes with a clear condition label (e.g., A Grade, Excellent, Very Good). We also include warranty coverage for peace of mind.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, any changes must follow our return and refund policy.

Yes, you can trade in your old phone or sell your used device to Mobile City. Simply visit our Trade-In page, fill in your phone’s details, and we’ll provide a quote. Your trade-in value can be used towards purchasing a new phone, accessories, or even repair services. It’s a fast and easy way to upgrade.
Mobile City primarily sells Apple iPhones and Samsung Galaxy phones, including their full range of accessories. We also stock selected models from other popular brands such as Google, Oppo, Xiaomi, OnePlus, and more. Check the Category section on our homepage for the latest available brands and stock.
We occasionally offer student discounts and special promotions, so we recommend checking our homepage banners or subscribing to our newsletter for updates. For bulk purchases (ideal for businesses, schools, or organisations), contact us directly for a customised quote and special pricing.
Shipping & Delivery
Mobile City ships all orders using NZ Post Courier, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes anywhere in New Zealand.
For most urban addresses, delivery takes 1–2 working days. Rural or remote areas may take 2–4 working days or slightly longer depending on location and courier workload.
First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If the email is still missing, it could be due to a mistyped email address. Please contact our team to confirm your order was placed successfully.
If your item is damaged on arrival, keep the original packaging and take clear photos of the product and box within 24 hours of delivery. Contact our support team immediately to arrange a replacement or file a courier claim.

Warranty & Support
- New devices: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (usually 12+ months)
- Refurbished / used devices: Covered by Mobile City warranty from 1 to 12 months, depending on the product
- Accessories & repairs: 90-day warranty (excluding user damage)
Absolutely. All second-hand products are sourced from trusted suppliers, thoroughly tested (hardware, battery, functionality), and fully wiped and restored before sale.
